The wood
Every core is cut from Norwegian ash and poplar, air-dried for two winters before it is ever pressed.
Cold-pressed
Most boards are cured hot in twenty minutes. Ours sit under pressure for fourteen hours at room temperature, because heat makes wood brittle.
Hand-finished
Every base is levelled by hand. It is slower, and it is the only way to be sure.
